In this blog i am going to discuss about iOS and Android. The two main operating system found in mobile phones.
ANDROID:-
If we talk about android, it is the most open platform. You can customize it completely and you can have full control on your OS by rooting it. You can make it everything such as iOS, Windows and much more. It is also the most featured platform. Even we can also add new features in our OS to make it better than before. The biggest advantage of Android is there is a wide variety in costing and in hardware configuration for the same OS. Plus different companies have different UI by which we can enjoy a variety of looks for same OS version.
iOS:-
In iOS you can enjoy consistency in system speed and apps won't crash in it. But you cannot customize it and after jail breaking also you cannot access full OS. In updates of iOS less features are added in it than android
Some things are bit annoying in iOS such as its complexity and not having shortcut gestures, but in Android you can enjoy these both features.
These were the features i have discussed yet. Now i would compare them to get better understanding.
In case of security Android is behind iOS, iOS has better ram management than Android, if we come to app crashing Android apps crashes much more than iOS, in Androids you can enjoy ton of features like shortcuts and many other things whereas in iOS you cannot, you can fully control your OS but in iOS you cannot and in play store there are many free apps than in iOS's app store.
